Remember I was talking about target marketing last night? 260 Oleander Ave is under contract…..  It all started a week ago when : Steve Presson and I beat a personal record: selling a state condo within 24 hours... and how? LUCK, hard work and applying the oh-so-wonderful! Target-marketing strategy.
