    The Shelton CT condo market has been hot in the last few months. Sales have been brisk; bidding wars have occurred; buyers are waiting for specific units in preferred locations to come on the market.  Just for comparison, Shelton had 76 closed sales from January to June 2013.  For the same period in 2012, there were only 43 closed sales.  That's a 43% increase in sales. Days on the market went up 42%. Market absorption for the month registered at 5.74 months, meaning it would take 5.74 months to sell off the present inventory and is statistically in a seller's market.
