It's incredible the number of homes that are vacant in the area I live.  The place is called Plumas Lake, a quiet community with its own schools.  The houses here are only a few years old and, still, there are undeveloped streets--it's like time is standing still.  I drove through the neighborhood for my first time in November and then asked a realtor to show me some homes.  Can you believe there were nearly 80 (eighty!) vacant homes then?  I believe the number may have grown slightly despite the fact I don't see as many For Sale signs in the yards, but they're vacant still the same. I'm curious if the listing realtors would like to have some of their homes inspected.  I know as a potential home buyer I'd like to see if there are any defects, existing or resulting from not having small ...
