Today was the  First Day of Fall and  I was driving on the road, the scene I saw  made me pause...I was heading to the Vet's Office to pick up Wiley and I saw this car in front of me: a Rolls Rolls. Not picking on the owner, but WHY have a two million dollar car? Is it the ego? Is it status?As I looked to my left there was a long line in front of a  Church.  They were serving food for the needy. The Culver City, CA Single Family Residence Annual Review is published... I have written a handful of blog posts about Culver City, perticularly, that it used to be the home of Metro - Goldwyn-Mayer in the 1920's. Also Culver Studios called Culver City home. Today  it is still the home to Sony Pictures Entertainment as well as it is the headquarters of this huge Entertainment Conglomorate. If you wonder where National Public Radio West is located and you forgot that I wrote about it, yes you guessed correctly it is Culver City, CA. Market Trends Report is published for the Culver City Single Family homes, check them out. Inventory is virtually identical as to two years ago and now. This is very interesting that very few properties have been coming on the market. I attribute this to the school system. The Culver City School system is very desirable, hence if buyers bought a home because of this reason, the odds are likely they will stay put for a while hence the inventory remains tight. Now this is interesting as well the has been a decrease in the closed transactions, we need to monitor this if this is a trend or just an exception due to longer time to get loans? For those who are not familiar, Culver City has an excellent school system and  has two Movie Studios  who call Culver City their home. Sony Studios and Culver Studios. I was looking for information how the Culver City, CA Single Family market has fared. Culver City Celebrating 100 years. What an awesome way to start the Centennial!!!Unfortunately, I have been so busy that I am just getting to brag about the Culver City Celebration of 100 years. Needless to say September 24th was the opening day of celebration. What was I doing, I had to take my Assistant to the Veterinarian to get a medical shampooing and some “tune up”.
