203k projects with electrical issuesElectrical issues exist in most homes we inspect. No open wiring is allowed to remain, even in the attic.         Romex wiring exposed and used as a cord to bring power to the light. This type wiring must be shielded up to eight feet ceiling height.        it is hard to believe that a lender would sell a home with so many safety issues not addressed.         Knob and tube wiring is typically adequate if left undisturbed.
