You know the one.    The one that "goes big or goes home".. LOL.  They pull out all the stops. This home is located in on our Maricopa subdivisions called Rancho El Dorado.  This home has become a staple to show folks visiting. Market Summary for the Senita Subdivision in Maricopa   If you are looking for a large home with 5 - 7 bedrooms in Maricopa, then Senita might be the subdivision for you.  It is very common for homes to have over 3,500 sq ft and many bedrooms. One version even has 7 bedrooms and a loft! How crazy is that?    Currently we have 29 homes for sale in the Senita Subdivision ranging from $101,000 to $249,000. Of these homes, there are 3 with at least 6 bedrooms and 3,900 to 4,100 sq ft. One even has a pool.  There are 19 with at least 4 bedroom or more.    There are also 8 homes under contract so homes are moving in this subdivision.  Year to date we have sold 96 homes so by the end of the year, Senita will have had over 100 homes sold.
