Greenbrier was recently named the safest city in the state of Arkansas by Safewise. My wife and I have lived here for about 7 years and I can honestly say that it comes as no surprise. Greenbrier is one of those areas that still has the small town feel with most of the conveniences of bigger cities.  With some of the friendliest people around, being ranked the safest city, and some of the best schools in the state, I'm sure it will continue to be the perfect place to call home for many more people in the future.  There are many types of homes for sale in Greenbrier AR and if you are thinking about making a move, I would definitely check it out!

Ringing and Singing with New Member Shane Cato from Conway, Arkansas       One of the “gifts” of being an Ambassador is having the opportunity to greet NEW MEMBERS. This time I called SHANE CATO from Conway, Arkansas.     I must admit, I didn't know exactly where Conway was before I checked the map.     As you see, Conway is just north of Little Rock.     The cities highlighed illustrate the wide range of homes that Shane covers for Buyers and Sellers.     On Shane’s Profile page, he offers the most inviting introduction of all - a video!   Conway, Arkansas calls itself the "City of Colleges.                          Many other interesting options are available in Conway. For over a decade, a group of parents sponsored and ran a baseball league for special-needs children. Starting in 20...

Many people living in Conway, AR rent their homes. I have always asked them why do you just throw money away? The answer I get time and time again is, "I can't afford a house, or I don't want to spend that much money a month, or I am waiting on the INTEREST rates to go down further!" HELLO interest rates have no where to go but UP!! A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Conway, AR, that is 10 years old, has a market price of around $110,000.00. With a 30 year FHA fixed Rate mortgage at 4.5% interest (taxes, insurance, and PMI included in the payment) would run a home owner around $750.00 a month. HOW MUCH DO YOU PAY IN RENT EVERY MONTH? And let me tell you friends we have a few houses out there on the market that would probably go for a little less than that. We need you to buy houses to help...

Ok, You just Bought a Foreclosure now what do you do?     If you are like a few of my clients, You see a Foreclosure as a chance to get a really good deal on a house. So my question is what do you do with a foreclosure once you purchase it? Well hopefully you Had a home inspection which I myself as YourExitRealtorhighly recommends on any home. I would study the home inspection and make a plan of attack. What do you the buyer have to do to make the home livable? (if it is not) Every foreclosure is different. Some are move-in-ready, and well others need a lot of work. If you are in the latter group well then it is time to get your hands dirty.. Top 10 Home Up Grades that Pay off...(www.realsimple.com) 1. I don't know about you, but the 12 inches of snow we have had in Central Arkansas in the last month can stay gone! The sun is shinning and the buyers are out in force.... I guess they read my blog post "Now is the Time to Buy"!  Last week during the 8 inch snow i secured 3 new offers for First time home buyers. I guess they realized that there are some amazing deals out there and decided to take advantage of the Great interest rates... I know rates are 3.99% like they were 2 months ago, but don't be discouraged, rates are still at a historical low, i mean when has a 4.50% interest rate ever been considered a bad rate... I think some people just want to complain about anything! Any ways First time home buyers get out there and help us get this economy going again. You can do your part by...

Downside risks still exist, however, including a weaker than expected employment report, the ongoing economic turmoil in Europe, and potential inflation problems in China.   For 2011, forecasted growth was upgraded from 2.9 percent to 3.4 percent based on the positives in the recent reports. I finally stopped everything and jumped right into Top Producer 8i. Definitely go through the online video training about setup. There are some very needed changes to your browser, but simple. After about 30 minutes I am enjoying the ease of navagating and getting use to the new layout. I believe my favorite currently is the Stats layout under Contacts. If you're selling or transferring ownership of a home a Level 2 Chimney Inspection is recommended by the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). If you've never visited www.csia.org , I recommend everyone to review this website as soon as possible, and please take the time to watch the online tutorials on inspections and sweeping. A fireplace can be the most dangerous appliance in a home if not properly maintained. The reason I have this knowledge...I am the mother of a Certified Chimney Sweep.
