A video has been prepared which suggests that the broker who prepares the bpo will depend upon electronic data entirely. They contend in the video that "property conditions, neighborhood influences and other impacts are usually not taken into consideration"....often resulting in "bad BPO's that most agents receive". They go on to unbelievably assert that you should assume that the service will be presenting you with a bad BPO ahead of time " !!!!
