Any EBA's out there that are NOT members of NAEBA?  I can't belong becuase I am an attorney and I sometimes have cases where my client is the seller of a house.  NAEBA feels that violates their policies.  Great group and no bad feelings here.  But I would love to talk to others who are charting t...

For the 30 days ending February 10, 2011 in the 3 nearest townships, there were 32 single family and twin homes that settled at an average price of $842,147. This is similar to December, quite low in volume, but a significantly higher average sales price.  For whatever reason, those higher priced...

This is a huge decrease from last month's average price, perhaps indicating that some lower priced homes that had been sitting finally sold....

For the 30 days ending November 1, 2010 in the 3 nearest townships, there were 41 single family and twin homes that settled at an average price of $709,112. This is a slight decrease from last month's jump in average price, but still evidence that higher-priced homes are starting to move in our a...

The cost to replace it (recommended by the inspector and agreed to by the buyer to make the seller happy) is not even close to the amount at ris...

I am joining with Paul Tansey of the Suburban West Realtor Association in a webinar October 19 at 10 AM EST to discuss the use of mediation in real estate disputes.  I am a mediator for SWRA, so I mediate disputes regularly.  There are many myths surrounding the process that agents have come to b...
