Mobile Al Foreclosures still on the rise. Currently, there are over 300 scheldule foreclsoures heading to the courts steps in the next 45 days. That is a 50% increase over the last few months. JP Mortgage had anounced that they may stay their foreclosures for 90 day. What they may slow down, others are making up for them.
