Real Estate Market Trends

If you're like a lot of other consumers, trite slogans and marketing come- ons aren't convincing. Especially when it comes to the most expensive investment you may ever make; numbers are far pithier.

Think about it -- which of these is of more value to you: “Now is the best time to buy or sell a house!” or “Real Estate Market Report for Yourtown, Yourstate?”

Not only is this section of ActiveRain chock full of up-to-date real estate market reports but market statistics and market trends as well. Best of all, they're written in plain English by the experts – those that actually work in these markets on a daily basis.

The garages open up to your gated patio entry.   The homes are generally 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 baths., most have patios/backyards that are open to the golf course. There is a tennis court. The homeowners use the clubhouse as a gym.It is FHA/VA approved.  (You can only finance condos with FHA or VA financing if they are on the approved list. Different blog for a lengthy explanation.) It's rare that one pops up for sale. If I can help you sell one of these gems, let me know.  If you'd like to buy one, we can send you an email when one pops up.I'...

Isn't it amazing how they have stopped?   I mean, screeching-halt stopped!   For years and years, most would be home buyers , not wanting to "rush an important decision", went home and debated the property.   The proverbial, "We want to sleep on it".The inventory  slowly, over time, all but evaporated.New listings were immediately inundated with a revolving door or buyer showings.Followed by multiple, multiple offers.   Many of them over asking price.Buyers losing one, two, three, four houses because they refused to adjust to the new market realities.Which all meant the death of the second showing.Poof.No time for that!Call me for world class real estate service in Mercer or Burlington.  (609) 864-8164.https://michaelelliott.fathomrealty.com/

This month's challenge by Kathy Streib and Debe Maxwell, CRS is all about showcasing our talents and why consumers should choose us.  It goes without saying that if you don't provide exemplary service in real estate, you'll be out of business before very long.  With the recent court decisions unbundling realtor commission and other measures, it's critical to know how real estate works moving forward. How real estate works?  And what is provided for a buyer or a seller in a real estate transaction?   Who pays a buyer's commission?  Who pays a seller commission?   Creating a trusting environment for buyers and sellers to do business is critical to a successful sale and/or purchase of real estate.  But what other skills might be important?   The Code of Ethics, first established in 1913, s...
