In today’s challenging economic climate, it is more and more important than ever that we cultivate relationships with our prospects, customers, and resources. People do business with people they know, like, and trust AND who by their actions show that they are there to help. One easy and cost-effective way to do this is to make sending business thank-you notes a part of your daily plan of action.Every day we are bombarded with bad economic news, making it easy to bury your head in the sand. This is a big mistake. When times are tough it's more important to stay in touch with your customer and prospects, without bombarding them with marketing messages. This is the time to stand above the crowd by using the power of recognition, appreciation, and gratitude. Do something every day to make ...

The Nags Head NC real estate market is a popular destination for buyers who are looking for a coastal lifestyle, scenic views, and a variety of properties to choose from. The market offers a range of options, from oceanfront homes and condos, to soundside cottages and townhomes, to historic landmarks and new developments. The average home price in Nags Head NC is $608,000, which is higher than the national average of $295,300. However, the market also has some affordable options, especially for buyers who are willing to compromise on location or size. The market is influenced by seasonal demand, as many buyers are looking for vacation rentals or second homes. The peak season is from May to September, when the weather is warm and the beaches are crowded. The off-season is from October to...

Fears of "higher for longer" interest rates helped send average 30-yr mortgage rates to a new, two-decade high of 7.49%.  There are still a variety of products that might help bridge the gap that exists today with the higher interest rates.     We do need to shop around for the best deal which is the deal that suites your needs.     New home sales are holding up, but existing home sales have been fading on both affordability and availability issues.     Builders can afford to absorb these expenses short term but can it last?

(Commercial Capital Ltd.)
What Is Happening? There is a line from a Beastie Boys song of the “Licensed to Ill” album (almost 40 years ago-crazy!) that has always stuck in my head, it goes, “Somethings going on and I’ll probably never get it.” I feel like that right now…..Five (5) months ago when Silicon Valley Bank went down I got on the phone with all the banks in Georgia and asked them how they were doing. To a man or woman they all claimed they were strong and lending and I what I saw with my eyes confirmed it-I was getting deals done with local banks. Since then, stocks have rallied, inflation, (as the Government tracks it), has come down, hiring remains strong and the number of forecasters predicting a recession is quickly disappearing. YET, despite all this good news, these same banks have pulled in the rei...

Every now and then I get a call from an agent who knows they need a bio, but they want to know more before they hire me to write it for them. One of the big questions is "How do you determine what to say when you write an agent bio?" In answer to that, I explain that I try to strike a balance between personal and professional while revealing what is unique about that individual. My goal is to let readers know that the agent has the professionalism, skill,  knowledge, desire, etc. to serve them well - while also providing insight into who they are as a person. Here are 5 examples of what I think of as "fails" when it comes to how some agents choose to write their bios:  Some use only dry facts that include schooling, designations, and the territory where they work. (These look more like a...

Real estate podcasting is a rapidly growing phenomenon in the world of business communications. It is a powerful tool that allows businesses to connect with their audience, convey their brand personality, and build customer loyalty in a dynamic and engaging way. A real estate podcast is essentially an audio program produced by a business or an organization, made accessible with Podup software for consumers, clients, and employees. It's a platform that enables the dialogue between corporations and their stakeholders, allowing a company to showcase its culture, products, services, and expertise.Successful Examples of Real Estate PodcastsSeveral enterprises have embraced this sonic boom and effectively utilized real estate podcasting.
