Over 39+ years, i have weathered hundreds of changes to our industry, most of them stress free.  With the looming change of buyer agent compensation being removed from the MLS, my greatest concern is as follows:1. The mean sale price rose most in Rochester, NY last year, rising 10.4% year over year.
