Nominations for County’s Human Rights Hall of Fame Due by Oct. 23The Montgomery County Office of Human Rights is accepting nominations for its 2026 Human Rights Hall of Fame, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to advancing human and civil rights in Montgomery County. Researchers found that caffeine consistently reduced the low-frequency brain activity associated with deep, restorative NREM sleep.
