Driving along the beach front looking out at Pewaukee Lake you wouldn't think of the history and activity that existed there at one point. My grandmother used to tell me of the times they would go and spend the day at Waukesha Beach. It wasn't too long ago that we could always congregate at Calvanos for a Monday night open music party, at least from what I can recollect. Now all that is gone and there is a magnificent board walk of buildings in the whole streets place. prior to that, it was a simple life and enjoyment, trolley cars, picnics, and eventually an amusement park. On Fridays it's customary in Lake Country Real estate for people to go out for a fish fry. This is done at local restaurants,bowling alleys, bars, and many other places. Traditionally, a fish fry consists of a few pieces of fish, some french fries or potato pancakes, some coleslaw, and a piece of bread ( Beer is often an added sideline that can be added very liberally as needed). Accomplish goal without adding children to title DEAR BENNY: I am a retired widow who owns two homes. I have two children. Is it possible for each one to be a co-owner with me: one child on one house and the other on the second property? How would I go about doing this? Would that save anything on taxes, etc., for my two adult children? Would it cost me anything other than the filing fee for the property ownership papers of each of the homes? My estate isn't huge, but the inheritance taxes would take up quite a bit of money.
