  Early July Market Update     Minocqua Area Real Estate   In the past 5 days, it seems as if the engine has finally started, and we’re on the track.                                                          Last week, we had three offers accepted, and three new listings. Team Rondello has showing appointments for 4 separate clients over the next 6 days, including commercial, lake property, and condominiums. Our offices had good June figures, and lead all offices in our MLS system. Retail shops and restaurants in the area are seeing a good influx of summer vacationers, and this surge is also transferring to the real estate market. Hello folks from the beautiful Northwood's of Wisconsin! I just wanted to share with our readers that our market here in Northern Wisconsin keeps growing as I hear rumors of slower markets throughout the country. I'm not going to deny the fact that the economy could be better, gas prices lowered and so on, however with that being said, Yes our gas and groceries have gone up like the rest of the country, but our home prices are holding steady and climbing as well on lake front properties in Minocqua.
