Clearing The Clutter Before Your Shoreline Move   Moving can be a very stressful time, to say the least, but there is one thing that you can do to really take a lot of the frustration out of your Shoreline move. You can de-clutter well before moving time to reduce the load being moved and to make things a lot easier on yourself. Moving is the action of packing up your valuables and possessions and then moving them to your new place. A lot of people confuse this action with organizing. If you are having a problem finding a Shoreline real estate agent there are some key points you should go over during your first interview. These are some of the most critical things that you should be looking for in an agent before hiring one. Experience -When was the last time you sold a property? This will give you a basic understanding of what that agent can offer in terms of getting your property sold quickly. Have you ever sold a property similar to mine or within the same location?  If the Shoreline real estate agent answers yes then you know that he has experience with your type of property. You should then find out how much the house was sold for in relation to the original asking price. Reliability - How much time can you dedicate to me? Serious sellers will want a real estat...

Ready to spruce up your Shoreline, Wa.  home for this fall? Here are a few different areas you can focus on to help you get started. Room color can have a huge impact on the overall appearance of your house. Heading to your local home decor supply store to pick up a tub or two of colored paint in fall tones would be a great way to start. Even if you decide to paint only one room, it will still help liven up your house, especially with something totally vibrant and different - a bright orange or deep green shade. Go shopping!  Another idea is to re-decorate a room with fall-colored furniture. If you have been thinking about getting some new furniture, do it now. If it’s not in your budget, pick up some couch or chair covers in a fun new shade of autumn. Having various types of plants on ...

If you want to purchase either a house or a condo you should definitely consult a Shoreline real estate guide prior to finalizing anything. These guides will show the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods and what they have to offer. Why you should use a Shoreline real estate guide You should consult a Shoreline real estate guide for more information on what to look for in certain neighborhoods. Each neighborhood will have its own qualities and downfalls that will make it either a desirable place to live or not. Also, different neighborhoods will draw in different kinds of people. For example, a young student-oriented neighborhood would not attract an elderly retired couple looking for peace and quiet. A Shoreline real estate guide will help you find out exactly what it is you sh...

Most Shoreline waterfront homes are on high bluffs over the Puget Sound, as was the most recent sale.  A 3,180 square foot home on the high bank waterfront of Innis Arden was sold on the last day of June for $1,317,000.  It's a significant sale for the area, with a strong sales price for most of Shoreline outside of The Highlands or Llandover by the Sound. This home is a mid-century modern home with walls of West-facing glass to capture the sunsets.  It was on the market for a few months in 2010, and then came back on the market this spring and sold after just 51 days.  The final sale was at 94% of the final list price. 18365 17th Place NW, Shoreline WA 98177 - 3 beds, 2.75 baths, 3,180 sq ft - $1,317,000

It is a big house and they had 5 beautiful children. One of those kids grew up, got married, has children now, and lives in the house. My favorite memory of the event was a demonstration on a third or fourth showing of the ...
