                                                               Days-on-market up for Columbia City’s real estate  listings   This Week:  The median list price this week in the Columbia City neighborhood  is $447,000 down from last week’s $449,000. Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index (see MAI chart below) has been trending up.  Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.  Percent of properties with price decreases: 38%  up  from last week’s 27%. Average days-on-market: 68 days up  from last week’s 61 days.   Is it a good time to sell my home?
