The weather is fantastic.  Clear and sunny, a little bit chilly, but with the Olympic Mountains and Cascade range towering on the horizons and blue water on 3 sides of our little town, who cares how warm it is!  Spring is on our doorstep and that means new listings are going to pop up like flowers...for example there was 20 new condo listings just todya in Port Townsend.

January was tepid with only 4 houses sold in the city limits of Port Townsend in the NWMLS.  Phone and showing traffic is up the last 2 weeks.  Spring is here and things should be ok this year with interest rates down and a large inventory.  Good time for Buyers!
