Search Homes for Sale around St. Brendan's School in Bothell. There are very little options when searching for homes in the area next to St. Brendan's School and surrounding neighborhood. Inventory is low due to Banks stopping and holding off on Foreclosures, plus the Mortgage Forgiveness Act expires in 2012 for Short Sales, therefor making this neighborhood inventory very limited when trying to purchase a home.  But, as you can tell based on the graph below, there are a few homes for sale between $150,000 - $500,000 In the surrounding area, there are other great schools like Bothell High, Cascadia Community Collage, University of Washington - Bothell campus, and next to Pop Keeny.
