As the North Woodbridge area continues to reshape the look and future for the residents in the area, another new proposal is taking shape surrounding the Rippon Station VRE located just a few miles off Route 1 and I-95 in Prince William County Virginia.Next week the Prince William County Board of Supervisors will look at a plan that will convert the Rippon Station VRE parking lot to a 600 space parking garage.  The plan is part of a new mixed used development project that will develop up to 550 new residential condos, 250,000 square feet of office space and another 27,000 square feet of retail space.All of this on the banks of the Potomac River in Woodbridge, VA.  The access to the area is currently served by one two lane road that passes the neighborhoods of Dawsons Landing, Riverside ... 03/18/2011
