Under contract 3488 Frederick Drive Toano! This was a bank owned home and now all the paperwork is in and it is under contract.  The buyers drove here from Kansas this past weekend with their two children. and they will be living in temporary housing until it closes, so it can't happen too soon for them!      The house is still showing as active in the MLS but as soon as my managing broker reviews the contract tomorrow it will show as pending. 03/30/2016
