One of the key elements to being a successful Realtor is staying in contact with you past and current clients. Staying in contact after the transaction is one of the most important things that you can do to get referrals and generate more business. How do you stay in contact with everyone if you have hundreds of clients? It can be very difficult. Outlook has been my biggest friend in staying in touch with everyone. I can download names and numbers to my cell phone and that allows me to take my business where ever I go. However, it can get annoying on vacations. So my fiance says so.:) Oh by the way, I am never too busy for any of your referrals.
