I LOVE ROCKS.  I love rocks around my yard.  But, those dang things are expensive.  Once I got to a point in my new house that I could focus on growing grass in the back yard, I noticed the the really bare spots were where rocks were visible right at the surface.  Not knowing what was underground, I spoke with the gentleman that cuts my grass to see if he could UNEARTH some of these rocks so I could use them for landscaping.  Landscaping rocks for new or resale homes in Loudoun County cost a bloody fortune.  Of course, I don't have the bill from Jeremy, the landscaping gentleman who is doing the heavy lifting.  WOW! !   Did I strike it rich.  There is a vein of rock just off my driveway.  I recall seeing these beautiful rocks around the yard when the grading was being done.  I told the ... 10/23/2006
