 What’s this huge fence going up along RT. 15 North in Haymarket?   Many of our of Haymarket residents have been wondering about the huge fence going up along RT. 15N. The fence is actually a Noise Abatement Fence for the Westmarket Chase Neighborhood. This sound barrier fence is funded by Prince William County and it will be 12 feet high and constructed out of a medium gray composite material. The Westmarket HOA informed the homeowners who have existing fences across the back of their property that it’s their option to remove these fences or not. Should a homeowner decide to remove the fence it’s recommended that they do so before the construction starts as it will make construction and maintenance of the new fence much easier.
