When a client is searching for a home, they will often start with a search engine such as Google, Bing or Yahoo The next step is to put in some key word, like Charlottesville Homes or Charlottesville Real Estate. From the results they will try a few sample web-pages and often may even use a national site. What they do not typical understand is that searching for a home and finding a home can very often be two different things. I try to emphasize to my buyers that they need to learn the area first. Once they do, one area will be more desirable to them than others and then we can focus on a finding a home. The right home will present itself, once we have the area figured out.
