Canterbury Hills (Charlottesville, VA)
There is something about looking at the raw numbers of sales in an area that helps to put things in perspective. Actually for most people, I am one, seeing it in a chart format is even better.   When you look at the data of Charlottesville City Real Estate sales for 5 years do you see the trend? One of the things that is obvious is that we follow the peaks in Summer and valleys in Winter year over year. Do you see any thing else developing?
