Mountain Ranch Estates is a neighborhood of larger custom homes in the Trailside area of Park City.  It is one of the newer communities in the area with the first lots being offered in 1999.  It is largely built out but you can still find a few lots occasionally offered out of the original inventory of 81 home sites. Mountain Ranch Estates sits up on a hill and most if not all of the homes here have some truly spectacular views ranging from Deer valley all the way over the the Canyons and The Utah Olympic Park.  Some homes that sit on the northern edge of the development also have a spectacular view of the Swaner Preserve directly below.
