Over the past ten years, the number of Murray homes sold has peaked at 284.  Last year, sales dropped to 217.  Homes in Murray have been selling in the low to mid 200s and have declined slightly in the past few years. Over the past five years, Murray condos took a big jump then a big dive.  Sold price has been on a steady incline for the past several years. 02/10/2010
