A 13% increase in Murray homes sold may have effected the decrease in sold price.  Median sold price slipped 5% and average sold price of Murray Real Estate decreased 13%.

We need Positive Price Action to confirm market bottom.  One month of price improve isn't sufficient to confirm the market bottom.  We need to see appreciation month over month for three months. PRICE ACTION      Other good signs in addition to positive price action is lower DOM (days of the market), lower new listingsand higher percent of new listings being SOLD.   SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed? Over the past ten years, the number of Murray homes sold has peaked at 284.  Last year, sales dropped to 217.  Homes in Murray have been selling in the low to mid 200s and have declined slightly in the past few years. Over the past five years, Murray condos took a big jump then a big dive.  Sold price has been on a steady incline for the past several years.
