It is so important to stay positive in today's Real Estate market.  We have grown accustomed to a volatile market.  Homes sales seem to follow right along with how the DOW is going.  But we need to maintain a positive attitude, Realtor's as well as Home buyers and sellers. The Homestead in Midway has implemented a Free Golf Program for seniors over 65.  The senior program will be available Monday through Thursday, beginning at noon.  The program does not include a cart.  The intent is to grow the game of golf by having more families come out and play.   The Homestead Resort if 120 years old, and has just completed a remodeling.   LIVING IN & LOVING MIDWAY:      My First Trip to Midway: I was just a young girl when my mother took our family on a weekend trip to Midway.  She took us to the Homestead Resort; this was a real treat for us kids. We loved swimming in the big heated pool and my mom loved relaxing in the hot pool.
