It is so important to stay positive in today's Real Estate market.  We have grown accustomed to a volatile market.  Homes sales seem to follow right along with how the DOW is going.  But we need to maintain a positive attitude, Realtor's as well as Home buyers and sellers. When it comes time to purchase a new home, the question always comes up, should I sell my old home before I buy the new one?  Depending on your credit situation and your ability to qualify for two loans, this question could be easily resolved.  We will assume you have excellent credit and can do whatever you please.  It is always better to have your present home sold before you make an offer on the new home.  If you have an offer with a contingency of selling the old home, the seller will be less likely to accept the offer or allow better terms.  You will always be in a better bargaining position if you were able to move in without delay.  Credit terms on you new loan will also be better based on you living in the new home as your primary residence.  Banks never offer better rates or te... 05/11/2009

The Homestead in Midway has implemented a Free Golf Program for seniors over 65.  The senior program will be available Monday through Thursday, beginning at noon.  The program does not include a cart.  The intent is to grow the game of golf by having more families come out and play.   The Homestead Resort if 120 years old, and has just completed a remodeling.   LIVING IN & LOVING MIDWAY:      My First Trip to Midway: I was just a young girl when my mother took our family on a weekend trip to Midway.  She took us to the Homestead Resort; this was a real treat for us kids. We loved swimming in the big heated pool and my mom loved relaxing in the hot pool. I remember thinking; this would be heaven to be able to live in a place like this...   Homestead Resort   My Next Trip 8 years later:   When I was first married and going on one of our first trips camping and fishing, we stayed at the Wasatch Mountain State Park because there were no camping spots available at Deer Creek State Park.
