Wondering what to do to entertain the family? Especially the kids?  If you live in the Davis County area, I might suggest taking them to Cherry Hill. Cherry Hill is located in the Kaysville, Fruit Heights area.  It is a complete resort with picnic and camping areas along with the water park and other ammenities. Rather than list everything there is available to do at Cherry Hill, I am just going to include their web site later in the post.  We held a family reunion there last Summer, and it was nice to have so much entertainment available for the younger children in the family.  It is clean and well maintained, I will admit, we were in charge of the reunion, so I didn't have time to do much playing! We need Positive Price Action to confirm market bottom.  One month of price improve isn't sufficient to confirm the market bottom.  We need to see appreciation month over month for three months. PRICE ACTION      Other good signs in addition to positive price action is lower DOM (days of the market), lower new listingsand higher percent of new listings being SOLD.   SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed? Kaysville homes experienced a slight drop in 2001 then steadily increased until 2006.  In the years following, the number of homes sold took a pretty big drop over two years and then almost completely rebounded last year.  Homes in Kaysville are priced above the estimated appreciation line but are similar to prices in surrounding cities.
