Down 18%, Clinton homes sold went from 78 to 64.  Median sold price had a 1% decrease and average sold price had a 4% decrease.  There are 152 listings and 7.13 months of inventory for homes in Clinton.  Today's home prices are about $15,000 more than sold price in the first part of 2008.   04/24/2009
