Today was a good day to make a trip out to my client’s house that is under construction out in Liberty Hill, TX.        I sold their house in Canyon Creek and they are still waiting patiently for completion on their new single story. We went under contract a year and half ago and due to supply change issues, labor shortages etc. their house is still under construction. The estimated close date is the end of September but I have my doubts they will make it.There was one lone worker at 10 am working on the exterior....without crews showing up every day the prognosis doesn’t look good.I emailed the sales counselor and just heard back (same song):"We are waiting for the tape and float crew, I don’t have an ETA for them right now.
