YUMMY!   If you are visiting New Braunfels you will want to come to the center of town and visit the Plaza.  Brush up on how to enter and exit a roundabout before you get here. There are rules and yield and merge are very important!   In the center of the main plaza is the band stand. You may want to photo op there.  Other notable things in the plaza are  the  statue represents a Civil War Infantryman and the Spirit of the American Doughboy.
