SPRING TX REAL ESTATE: OAKS OF DEVONSHIREOaks of Devonshire is located in Spring TX about 1.5 miles from I45 off of Louetta Rd. There are about 250 homes in Oaks of Devonshire. The homes were built by Centex and Pulte between 1983 and 2001. The home prices are between $145,000 and $240,000. It is a wooded subdivision filled with Live Oak trees, Crepe Myrtles, and Magnolia trees. The homes architecture is traditional. A lot of the homes built in the early 80s have brick detached garages which is a little unique since we certainly see more hardi-plank or wood board detached garages.
