Some sellers  need to see the "numbers" in order to make a decision on sales price. I don't particularly like to offer this form because it is just that, estimates. Walmart Is Coming | Royse City Texas  A Walmart corporate official confirmed recently that Walmart is still planning on opening in Royse City.  The new store will be located at the northwest corner of Interstate 30 and Erby Campbell Boulevard.  According to the Associated Press on Monday, January 16, the due diligence phase is still in process and the exact size and timeline for construction is not finalized. The plans call for the new Walmart store to consist of from 150,000 to 180,000 square feet.
