Carolina Creek is located near Thomas Lake and the Carolina Cove area. There is a east and west branch of the creek. It's really pretty and quiet back there. There are not that many people that know how to get to Carolina Creek, so you often have the place to yourself.Carolina Creek is located east of Thomas Lake Road and North of FM 980. Cove Marina Cares! Riverside, Texas I bought a new car right at the end of the year. Today, The Princess Mama (TPM) and I decided to run a few errands after church. The dash said 50 miles till empty. No problem. We drove out to Carolina Cove to check on one of my listings. When we left, I looked down and it says 9 miles till empty. REALLY? Oh well... we're 6 miles from Riverside. Cutting it a little close but hey. I haven't driven 50 miles either.  I glance down again and it says 4 miles till empty. HEY NOW. I haven't gone a tenth of a mile! So, I tell TPM, we'll just turn around and get gas at Cove Marina. I pull up in front of the pump, which is down by the boats, and go up to the marina to pay. You'll never believe it....They do not have any gas because they are cleaning the tanks. O... 01/16/2011

The Riverside Christmas Parade was absolutely fantastic this year. Each year there are more participants and more spectators!
