I was out doing a site-visit photographing the progress on the CB JENI Homes Brick Row Townhomes located near the Spring Valley Road DART Station in Richardson, Texas. Presales are brisk! The builder has already sold 12 units with the first 6 being completed in August. The three "sold" signs in the photo are for a building that will not be started for a couple of months.
