I did a consult this weekend, with some staging, and the homeowners couldn't believe how the changes had made such a big difference.  They both commented that they would have never thought of doing these things and were so glad that the suggestions made were doable. Pearland Old Townsite Farmer's Market   This past weekend marked the grand opening of the Pearland Old Townsite Farmer's Market. If you weren't there, you missed an exciting community event!   Its that time of year again - Time to set the clocks forward!   On March 14, 2010, at 2:00 a.m. - you set the clocks ahead one hour. (Spring forward).  Every Spring we move our clocks one hour ahead and "lose" an hour during the night and each Fall we move our clocks back one hour and "gain" an extra hour.   PEARLAND PARKS AND RECREACTION'S PAWS IN THE PARK FUN RUN   Each year, the Pearland Parks and Recreation host its annual "Paws in the Park Fun Run." This year's Fun Run kicks off the weekend-long event starting on Saturday at 10a.m. with the HEB Plus!   Pearland Great news for those considering entering into the Pearland housing market!  On February 19, 2010, Forbes Magazine announced that Houston is one of best places in the nation to buy real estate because of its stable industries.  Francesca Levy writes that Houston's energy sector has "kept jobs flowing into Texas oil town Houston."  Furthermore, Levy notes that the good job market in Houston means that the housing outlook will stay strong.  "Houston home prices are expected to rise 1.2% by next year; it's one of only four of the markets we ranked where prices won't continue to slide, according to Moody's Economy.com."
