Reality really set in this week when Target opened at Creekside..... My dove lease is gone forever. Growth has taken over in New Braunfels, TX.  Growth along the I-35 corridor between San Anonio, TX and Austin TX is unbelievable and New Braunfels is right smack in the middle.
