There is a new Sushi Resturant at the Frisco/Little Elm border.  It is in the said Shopping center as Walmart on the North East corner of Eldorado and FM 423. My all time favorite food is Sushi, so my husband and I went to check it out for our Valentines dinner, much to our surprise, It is not the typical restaurant.  You walk in and order your food at the sushi bar and than they bring your order to your table.  The rolls range from $6.95 to 16.95.  There lunch specials are 50% off of the regular price.  The Miso soup is $1.50.  Our food came to our table before I even finished my soup.  The food is good and best of all you can BYOB if you would like to drink will you eat your sushi.  We spent about $40 for our dinner, where at a regular Sushi Bar it's usually about $70 after we pay the...

We like to highlight undervalued real estae buys for our clients. Everyone has heard of Providence and Savannah on Highway 380, but Cross Oak Ranch is often over-looked for lack of visability from the major HWY 380.I remember when I started my new home sales career with Ryland Homes in Little Elm (Wynfield Farms) in 2001. It was a nighmare trying to get in and out of that backwards town. Explosive growth and the Little Elm City leadership refused to widen FM 423 because it would just be ruined in a few years by the amount of cement trucks that traveled on it every day.
