We went under contract in March of 2021 but due to COVID, supply change issues and labor shortages it took longer than anticipated! Today I spent the morning with my clients completing a walk through, with their builder on their new construction home. Today was punch list time, tagging for paint touchups, etc.  It’s been a long time coming. We went under contract, March of 2021.                        I listed their home in Canyon Creek that spring. The market was “red hot” and we had multiple offers and received way more for their home than anticipated! My sellers were a believer in having their home closed and funded so they could pay for the upgrades they wanted in their “forever home.” As it turned out it was a wise move! Today was a good day to make a trip out to my client’s house that is under construction out in Liberty Hill, TX.        I sold their house in Canyon Creek and they are still waiting patiently for completion on their new single story. We went under contract a year and half ago and due to supply change issues, labor shortages etc. their house is still under construction.
