Wall Homes has put together an immensely interesting townhome product for a an even more immensely interesting price point for what you get for your money!  Wall Homes is able to do something remarkable and more memorable than any other builder in this price point that I have ever seen in North Texas!  You can create a completely customized floor plan that will fit your needs 100%, because you have the chance to draw the floor plan you want to ensure that you meet all of your needs during your new home or townhome search.  You want a laundry shoot?  No problem. Just curious, anybody living in the 75077 area code in Lewisville and Highland Village, do you look at the new signs the city has placed near intersections that show nearby businesses? I hardly have time to look at them while I am driving by but they are very noticable. They could almost be a safety hazard if people try to read them while driving by. They have almost been up for a year and only about one third of the availabe space has been used up. I have been thinking about advertising my real estate business, an agent at RE/MAX Advantage, on them but I am not sure if it would be worth it or not. I guess it would have to be a short but sweet message so you could actually read it quickly (I dont want to create an accident!). Thank you and I hope you have a great day today!
