I mentioned in yesterday's post about the market trend in Coppell that many areas in North Texas have experienced a jump in single family home sales in 2012.  The city of Lewisville (just to the north of Coppell) is one of those areas that saw significant growth in sales in the first 6 months of 2012, compared to the same period in 2011.  The number of single family homes sold increased by 30% (520 in 2012 versus 400 in 2011).  The average sales price also increased by 2.4% in Lewisville.  And, the average days on market also dropped by a whopping 28%.  The statistics are indicating that the Lewisville market is on fire in 2012, and that the market would likely benefit further by having even more homes available to sell.   Below are the detailed figures: 520 single family homes closed i...
