Yesterday we went to a beach wedding at Surf Side Beach. It was really nice... a little windy but nice. Here is my view from the beach front. This place had mega parking and 4 bedrooms with a living room sleeper sofa. It also had a couch that could sleep a person also. Very comfortable! Below is the beach view and it was so wonderful! LAKE JACKSON - Developers and city officials are working together to build a new subdivision north of Lake Jackson on the last major piece of land within Lake Jackson's borders left to be developed.The land originally was owned by the Texas prison system, a developer bought the land from the state after Lake Jackson annexed it. I watched the Today show yesterday and the discussion of the real estate market throughout the country.  The story stated that the real estate market throughout the country is declining.  However, after reading articles and hearing speakers from the Texas Assoc. of Realtors and the TAMU Real Estate, our market is steady and in many areas growing.  I have not seen a decline in the Brazoria County market.  The areas in Northern Brazoria County are growing quickly, helping to add growth to the southern part of the county.  Dow Chemical is strong and new transferees are coming in on a regular basis.  04/29/2007
