Ok, I guess in these times of Realtordom we are becoming more creative as to how we sell a home.  I received this from my  clients.  They have a Porsche, they want to sell the Porche with the house (I have listed) or  give it away with the sell of the home to either the buyer or as a Realtor incentive.  Alright...that's nice, I thought to myself, how can I do this? Can I do this? So, the Porche is for sale, so is the house (read my blog about the $2.7 million dollar homes  I have in my blog) and I am just up in the air.  My question and concerns are:  Would it be an incentive for you as a Realtor to get this Porsche or do you think your potential buyer would find it a nice bonus?
