Good News for Katy Drivers - Extension of Westpark and FM 1093 has Started  On February 29, 2016 Officials from the Texas Department of Transportation, Fort Bend County Toll Road Authority and Fort Bend County gathered for the long awaited groundbreaking of FM 1093 and Westpark Tollway extension. Numerous local Katy/ Fulshear residents will say “Finally”.  Phase 1 of this project includes 4.12 miles of FM 1093 extension and about 2.5 miles of the Westpark Tollway which will extend the Tollway from Highway 99 to FM 1463.  Phase 1 estimated completion is planned for February 2018.
