Homes for sale in Friendswood - Windsor Estates Currently there are 6 homes for sale in Windsor Estates ranging from $269,900 to $490,000. As we have always stated that as a homeowner, potential resident, potential seller, or as a real estate consultant, we think it is always important to know the stats about what is happening with Friendswood TX houses. For this report we wanted to focus in on Forest Bend Real Estate in Friendswood Texas. July 2009 Sold Properties For the July there was 1 home sold compared to 2 last July. That home sold for $90,000, and was a foreclosed home with just under 1,700 square feet. There were 2 homes sold last July in Forest Bend, one for $124k and the other for $132k. Homes for sale in Friendswood - Autumn Creek Currently there are 17 homes for sale in Autumn Creek subdivision in Friendswood ranging from a single story 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offered at $210,000 to a 5 bedroom 3 and one half bath home with over 3,900 square feet listed for $595,000.  Four of those are under contract. Should I buy a foreclosure? As with any major purchase, consider the pros and cons when looking at a foreclosed home. Look first at your budget.  Do you have money to invest after closing fixing and updating the home?  Remember, there's "history" with that home you're about to purchase.  The home was previously owned by a homeowner who could not make their payments so most likely, they weren't maintaining the home either. Homes for Sale in Friendswood - Eagle Lakes Neighborhood It certainly is an off year as far as sales go in the Eagle Lakes neighborhood in Friendswood.  There have been only 2 sales completed this year as opposed to 6 this time last year.  The number of cumulative days on the market this year was 325 for those two homes while last year that same statistic was 190.  According to the Houston MLS, there were 361 sales of single family homes in Friendswood from January 1st through July 31st of 2010 while during that same time last year there were 366.  That is significant when you consider that the overall numbers for Houston were off nearly 33%.  Friendswood has held its' own.
