The other was 251 Trinity HIlls for $405,000. 78620 zip code for homes for sale had 6 home sales with a price range of $110,000 and up to $408,500. The market is still remaining strong and moving even during the holidays. There is a total of 54 homes under contract that buyers are still on top of. There are parts that are more larger lots like Sawyer Ranch. Then the 78620 is made up of more acreage tracts from 1 acre to larger ranches. Dripping Springs is divided by two zip codes- 78620 homes for sale and 78737 homes for sale. 78620 homes for sale is mostly on acreage tracts, farm and ranch, and the majority has 1 or more acres for each home. This includes West Cave Estate, Saddletree Ranch, Deer Creek, Barton Creek Ranch, Legacy, Dos Lagos, Sunset Canyon, and other surrounding communities. There are 74 Homes for sale and 24 homes pending a contract. Dripping Springs homes is divided by two zip codes- 78620 and 78737, each iwth its own distinction and differences. The 78620 is comprised on homes that come with acreage type lots or ranches. Currently in the 78620 zip code there are 69 homes for sale, 30 pending under contract and 23 sold since August 1, 2013 That is a strong indication the market is remaining a sellers market with almost 1/3 under contract.
