I got a phone call this afternoon from an out of state area code.  I never know what to do with these.  I take great pride in being accessible and answer my phone as much as possible.  However, I hate being burdened with phone calls from sales people who are trying to get me to advertise or buy something I can't live without. I answered this particular call and had a production coordinator from HGTV's "My First Sale" on the other end.  She said they have a seller on the show who needs to go tour some homes that are decorated well and show the way a home is supposed to show.  I told her I didn't see any problems with this but would rather have a contract...can they bring a buyer through?  How about "House Hunters" instead!?
